 Celery substitute, but MUCH easier to grow. No blanching required. Also known as "Love Straw" for its' hollow stalks, which are perfect for sipping delightful tomato juice drinks & "Blood Marys," during our 'winter break." (Just kidding, Valerian Tea is what we should be sipping now & again). Stalks & leaves can be added whenever celery is needed.
