Tom DeBaggio has devoted his life to caring for and introducing unusually beautiful specimens such as this herb. Dark purple leaves show-off delicate pink flowers which do not seem to reduce the leaf flavor even in full bloom. Leaves have some green variegation, which only adds to it’s loveliness. Mingles well with Italian and Thai style cooking.
