1/4 c. yellow or brown mustard powder
1 T. peach balsamic vin.
2 T. each: yellow & brown seeds, coarsely ground
1/4 c. apricot preserves
3 T. each: white wine & white wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Make a paste with mustard and water first, wait 10 minutes and then blend together the remaining ingredients, following basic procedure.
Basic Procedure:
Blend the mustard and 1/4 c. water to a paste. Let stand 10-15 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients. If necessary, thin with a little more water or wine, guided by what’s already in the recipe. Heat, if desired. Pack in CLEAN jars. Allow to mellow at least 24 hours before trying. |
