Serves 4-6
2 tsp. fresh rosemary
1/3 c. feta, coarsely crumbled
2 T. olive oil
2/3 c. mushrooms, chopped
4 pitas
1 T. fresh oregano
Preheat oven to 350. Crush the rosemary in the oil. Place the pitas on a baking sheet, brush them liberally with the rosemary oil and them top with the cheese, mushrooms and oregano. Bake about 8 minutes or until the cheese melts. |
