 This Dutch hybrid, commercially grown in France’s Provence region, was bred specifically for it’s very high oil content & medium blue cathedral flower spikes. Harvest buds in pale blue-green stage, to dry for bath bags, or open blue stage, for fresh cooking. Usually hardy here in wet mildly frigid Zone 5b.
