Curbside Pickup
CURBSIDE PICK-UP IS SUSPENDED.
Due to COVID concerns, we are short staffed. We can no longer fill orders in a timely order.
If you are nervous, please come between 4 and 5:00 when traffic is less. Know that we have plenty of space, indoors and out and sanitizer. Masks are encouraged.
Thank you!
CURBSIDE PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Create your order from:
- our paper catalog
- our weekly e-newsletter availability list which automatically gets posted on our (Mulberry Creek Herb Farm) Facebook page
- or download our catalog by clicking on the the cute catalog cover, to the right.
2. Call (419-433-6126) with your order in hand. If it is a large order, I may ask if you'd like to email it (mulberrycreekherbs@gmail.com), but while I have you on the phone, I'll ask for:
- your credit card number, expiration and CVS code
- your zip code
- your cell phone number or email address so I have a home to send a receipt
- your permission, or not, to substitute
(IF WE MISS YOUR CALL, PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE ON THE ANSWERING MACHINE AND WE WILL CALL YOU BACK SHORTLY.)
3. We will pick your order.
4. We will process your order and text or email a receipt to you.
5. We ask that you pick it up by the next day.
6. Drive into our parking lot. (No you don't have to park on the street. We actually don't have curbs out here.)
7. Call us from the parking lot. We will place the bag(s) next to your car for you to grab.
NOTES:
1. This is a 24 hour reservation. The clock starts after we have notified you via text or email that your order is processed and ready for pick-up.
2. If you get into a snag and can't pick it up the next day, please call and we will adjust.
3. Most of the time we are able to pick the order within 48 hours of receiving them.
4. We can reserve the paper order form, if we need to pick plants later. We do not have the space to reserve PLANTS. Warm loving plants like basil, peppers and turmeric might delay the picking unless you agree to take a chance and keep those plants indoors for awhile. We are happy to pick some plants that are ready now and warm plants later, meaning two pick-up dates.
