Forsythia, Mini-Leaf 2 year+
So it's a dwarf mounding forsythia with golden flowers in the spring and often fall as well. Like most miniatures, it will slowly grow, this one reaching 2 or 3 feet tall, but you have plenty of years of miniature enjoyment before then.
